The tunnel quick freezing machine is a monomer machine with an advanced design and superior performance that saves energy and retains food freshness. The IQF tunnel freezer is widely used in quick freezing strips, cubic or grain food (such as shrimp meat, sliced fish, meat dumplings, divided meat, pig tongues, chicken, asparagus and yam), saving energy. It is also easy to clean and maintain.
The tunnel freezer’s structure is simple and reliable, and come from a line of inlet and outlet products. Due to the design of the IQF tunnel freezer, the length is longer than that of a spiral freezer with the same output capacity.

Tunnel Freezer Applications
Tunnel quick freezers are widely used for floured food freezing, fruit and vegetable freezing, meat freezing, seafood freezing and other prepared food freezing.
Structure
1. Stainless steel conveyor belt
2. Sandwich PUF panels are 150mm thick, and laminated by a stainless steel sheet on both sides. Floor panels are also installed in the freezer.
3. The door comes with a frame heating device.
4. The aluminum evaporators feature different fin pitches.
5. The axial fans use a stainless steel air box and aluminum blades.
6. The entire welded stainless steel water discharging plate is installed on top of the floor panels. This drains defrosted water from the cabinet through a series of stainless steel drainage pipes.
7. The inlet device, outlet device and all other structural parts are made of stainless steel.
8. The control panel is made of stainless steel.
9. All electrical components come from Schneider or Siemens.

5. Axial fans: stainless steel air box, aluminum blades
6. A complete welded stainless steel water discharging plate is installed on top of the floor panels to bring water out of the cabinet through a series of stainless steel drainage pipes.
7. The drum, inlet and outlet devices, and all other structural parts are made of stainless steel.
8. The control panel is made of stainless steel.
9. All electrical components are either from Schneider or Siemens.
